Osha 126 Posted April 6, 2013 Initial evidence is something which is listed as a REQUIRED document in your DACA application. In-other words Initial evidence are information that relate to your Identity and even your biographic information, documents like birth certificates, passports, marriage licenses...etc, or it could even be a copy of your high school diploma. Additional evidence on the other hand are NOT REQUIRED documents, but are just some additional information that USCIS need to see in order to make a determination on an application.
