sotero_gonzalez 54 Posted April 7, 2013 i know a few people that are in the same situation as you, already approved for their DACA and married to U.S citizens. what they told me since they are working with immigration attorneys is that they have to file another form for them to become U.S residents. according to what they said it takes about another 6 months of waiting and what is required is for you to exit the country and come back legally that same day, by legally they said that you would get your passport stamped before you come back in.
