I wanna know if anyone has asked if their spouse or parent cam petion them after deferres action. My husband is a us citizen, can he petion me? What would happen if he does? Cause those where our plans n now I'm wondering if deferred action wi affect.that

It shouldn't affect it, and if you're approved for DACA.. then your green card process would be easier since USCIS already has your information in the system.

ask a lawyer and u still have to pay fees and pay for forums if u dont have a I-94 CARD u would to leave and re enter the country

i thought if you marry a american citizen spouse then you can become citizen also?

i know a few people that are in the same situation as you, already approved for their DACA and married to U.S citizens. what they told me since they are working with immigration attorneys is that they have to file another form for them to become U.S residents. according to what they said it takes about another 6 months of waiting and what is required is for you to exit the country and come back legally that same day, by legally they said that you would get your passport stamped before you come back in.
