How To Resubmit For Evidence Requested?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

First of all I must say who ever started this forum is a genius and also a kind person. I hope all the people that are working for this forum will be blessed.

I submitted my application and after the Biometic wall in call. I received a letter that states: Request For Evidence.

It says:

The evidence you submitted to establish that you have continuously resided in the United States during the 5-year period immediately before June 15 2012, and up to the time of filling is insufficient. You have submitted sufficient evidence to document your residency in the United States for 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. Additionally, you submitted a letter dated March 21, 2008 indicating that you have been selected as a trainer/missionary, however, no indication is given for the location of the training. You may still submit evidence, which may include, but is not limited to, copies of:

a. employment records

b. rent records

c. school records

d. military records

e. hospital records

f. Official records

g. money order receipts

h. any other relevant documents

MY QUESTION IS: Does this mean that they only need record that of evidence to document my residency in 2008?

I please read this, I would greatly appreciate your opinion. Thank you!

Best,

Jose Maria

Yeah, just that year. I got a RFE for '09 and '10 and I havent been approved yet, but I sent it last week. I sent paypal records, ebay records and I found some utility bills for '10. But for '09 it was a really dead year for me, I didn't go to the doctor that year, barely did anything other than work. But I bought a lot of stuff online, I am hoping it is enough. And it better be because a few months back there was a guy who was on the news that he was granted Deferred action after presenting xbox payment records, so, anything is good proof as long as it has your name, address and date, I guess. Good luck to us all.
