Juan1414 21 Posted April 10, 2013 I just spoke to USCIS because on march 26th I spoke with a level 2 officer about an RFE they received from me on January 25th , since the 60 day for a respond to my RFE was up on march 26th. The level 2 officer told me ,that I should have respond by April 10 today, if not to call back n he also said that there was no need to file a e request at the time. Today I called them back but I only spoke with the first rep and he told me that even though my 60 days for RFE respond is up, I have to wait and should have a respond within 50 days, and that I'm not able to file a e- request because my waiting time is not up yet, even though they received my app on September 25. What should I do guys? Should I call back n this time to be transfer to a level 2 officer since that person told me to call back today if no respond , and also should I ask him if could file a e-request since the first rep said no? itzel 336 Posted April 10, 2013 Something about the # of days and the rules USCIS implements about waiting and when done, then they try to change them, doesnt sound right to me. If I were in your shoes I'd demand to speak to a level 2 officer. Good luck.

Since the level 2 officer told me to call back by today if I don't have a respond, well then since I don't then he might be able to do something
JoseG 383 Posted April 11, 2013 You don't need to call them to do an e-request. An e-request is done on the USCIS website. Try to do one and see if it gives you the right options for the RFE. https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Case.do
