Juan1414 21 Posted April 13, 2013 I just received this in the mail today. On 3-26-2013 you,or designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Type of request- outside normal processing times. Service records show your case is in line to be assigned to an officer. We ask that you allow additional Time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received . If after 60 days, and you haven't received anything in the mail, please contact us at the national customer service at the number below. I guess when I spoke to the guy on the phone he file a request but I never told him too. I hope whatever he did helps me and get approved soon within this month. They received my RFE on January 25th and the 60 deadline is up. That was the main reason why I called them and I already hit 6months and counting

Well my RFE wad for proof of 2008-2012 5 year presence. This is what I send for 2008-2009 I send written rent receipts for each month of those two years, since I used to pay My mom for rent ,she would write me a receipt with her signature n everything . Also I send 4 invoices for some business cards and Flyers that I purchased . For 2010- I send mail that I received from friends with the date printed on front of the envelope , also send a picture I took On that year with date too. As well as a receipt from the cricket store. 2011-2012- I send all my phone bills for almost everything month,as well phone records .including the one on June they required Sewell for all this. Proof I send, I send several written Notarized Affidavits. I hope the stuff I send will help with my approval. I have faith that it will all turn out good for me
