profjouster 17 Posted April 14, 2013 did anyone include proof that they were physically present on june 15th? how would you even prove that specific day?
JoseG 383 Posted April 14, 2013 You don't need to provide evidence for exactly that day. You can submit something dated early June and something after June 15 and that will count as proof for June 15. I sent ebay evidence that was from June 10 when I put something for sale and June 27 when I bought an item.
profjouster 17 Posted April 14, 2013 i sent a staples online order from late may, do you think that'd be enough?
JoseG 383 Posted April 14, 2013 What was the closest thing you sent in after June 15?
profjouster 17 Posted April 14, 2013 i dont think i sent anything for after june. the person who helped me put my case together said i didnt need it. But i have a plane ticket to CA form august in case they send an RFE.
JoseG 383 Posted April 14, 2013 Well, you're supposed to send evidence from June 15, 2007 up until the date you apply. About the June 15 requirement, your late May evidence might or might not work.
profjouster 17 Posted April 14, 2013 i have evidence for all the other years and may 2012, i just didnt have anything for june 15th specifically. a professional helped me put my case together so if anything was wrong im sure they wouldve said something before we even sent it out. thanks for clarifying it for me though. 1 Theresa reacted to this
Osha 126 Posted April 14, 2013 I didn't send anything for most of May, all of June and July of 2012, because my spring semester just ended and I didn't do really much of anything during the summer. I really thought I will get an RFE for June 15, 2012 but it never happened. I believe that the agent who was assigned to my case was smart enough to realize that I was just a college kid who was on a summer break by looking at my official college transcripts. 1 profjouster reacted to this

So, you were approved even though you didn't send anything for the month of June? I'm sending in something for June 2 and June 7, and I was worried it wouldn't be enough for some reason.
