pswa83 302 Posted April 16, 2013 i would consulate a lawyer. most of the time lawyers give free consultations. i would go in and tell them the situation and see what they say. applying with just a ticket might cause an RFE to be issued in regards to the manner of the ticket but having an active warrant for your arrest is a little more serious then just a ticket.
