I'm pretty sure getting paid under the table is an offense because you are not paying taxes Norris the person whom hired you. This is difficult to answer but it has been asked a few times in the forum already.

I'm working and receiving checks under my name, what I will do is put my income, but leave the rest on $0. Mainly because I have been working for a month and a week I believe and I'm not paying for anything yet.

I'm not sure if you should report your annual income if you are being paid in cash.

Even the lawyers have no definite answers to this matter...so it's really up to you..but I wouldn't put the income if you get paid under the table.
