Yuly87 15 Posted April 18, 2013 So after a stressfull week not knowing where the rfe letter uscis sent was...my lawyer finally found it...before he sent my application I took him three folders of evidence. ..which he never add to my application. .apparantly he only sent basic information..so there you go I need more evidence for 2007/3008/2010/2011..I have a lot of papers..can someone help me with ideas of what important papers to send??? profjouster 17 Posted April 18, 2013 anything with your name, the date and if possible your address. you can also send a short letter from a family member or some kind of community leader saying that you have been here continuously. if you have some sort of ongoing billing history that has your name and the dates listed clearly, that would be good too. Calidreamer 100 Posted April 21, 2013 I sent one document per month per year, I know this may seem like a lot, but I did not want to take any chances. I sent everything I could think of like lease agreement ( I've been here for 6years), PayPal, eBay, utility bills, tax returns, bank statements, receipts from the gym, Sam's club and Costco purchase history, Sephora purchase history, AMC theater purchase history, medical records, Panera rewards card record, I provably overwhelmed the person who reviewed my file lol, I am very particular with my documents So take a minute and think really hard what you did and what you can get.
