jesus2190 0 Posted August 19, 2012 hey i hope you could help me ....when i i was 18 i conmmited petty larceny on item that was less than $ 100 i paid a $50 dollars bail and i got out ,,,,,then i had court the next month where the judge gave me ACD that means i had to stay out of trouble for 6 month and the case would be dismissed , it been 3 years no my case is sealed ,,, since i went to court for a record copy . ps THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME ARRESTED . can i still qualify ?
