CesarTheSuper 2 Posted April 24, 2013 So I've been at my job for about 15 months now, on my W2 it has a fake social on it... I have received my SSN, how do I file my taxes?
Calidreamer 100 Posted April 24, 2013 The same way you have been filing before getting your SS# except that instead of using your ITIN you would use your SS#
Santi 353 Posted April 24, 2013 Perhaps the IRS will just start accounting for your taxable income (as Cesar The Super), but my question would be, what if your employer found out about the discrepancy in the SSN's? Have you told them? Do you plan to? Has anyone had a similar experience? Care to share?

Also You have to go to the SS office and take the last 3 years of your filed taxes that way they link you Tax id # to your SS #. This has to be done before you go back and claim those 3 years.
