I'm filling out a California State University affidavit n I have a question in which box to mark.

If I'm an AB540 student :

I am NOT a nonalien inmigrant or

I am a nonalien inmigrant

when I did mine I marked the one that says :

I am NOT a nonimmigrant alien. [u.S. citizens, permanent residents, or aliens without lawful immigration status, among others, should check this box.]
