Heisenberg2 34 Posted April 26, 2013 is just a printed piece of paper with your name and your corresponding Social Security Number that you get from the Social Security Office. go here > https://secure.ssa.gov/apps6z/FOLO/fo001.jsp and type your zip code on the bottom to find the closest social security office. Heisenberg2 34 Posted April 26, 2013 If you're applying on Monday , maybe you can ask for a printout the same day. Not 100% sure though I think there are other posts in which people have said that they've done it a few days after and they got a printout.
