It is very common to get these type of answers... They will always blow off callers, because the 1st Level Representatives have access to the same info you have access to...nothing else... 2nd Level Reps might tell you a bit more, but that is about it... They received my app on August 15th and was approved on February 14th of 2013...Go figure... So don't worry - just live your life and let it come when it does...it eventually will...
