Service Request Response In 60 Days

Has anyone received a response from there service request saying they should have a response within 60 days? If so how long did it take to get a response? Was the wait the whole 60 days?

I got a service request on momday and they told me that if I didn't hear from them by the 21st, to call them back because they should have something to tell me by then. I don't know about the whole 60 days thing.
