JoseG 383 Posted May 10, 2013 Yes, you can fly to any state with your state's ID or DL and you can drive through checkpoints using your EAD. Perhaps you should take a copy of your I-821D approval letter with you when crossing checkpoints though, just in case they want to see proof of your legal presence.
