Patbel 8 Posted May 17, 2013 on Monday, may 13 I received a text from USCIS saying that my case was transferred to Nebraska it was two text followed by two emails. Today, may 17 I received two text followed by two email saying that my case is now being processed at a USCIS Office. Does that mean that they're working on my case as we speak? profjouster 17 Posted May 17, 2013 no. it just means its been transferred. my case has been "transferred and is now being processed at a local USCIS office" since march 27th. they probably havent even looked at it yet.
Gezinha 121 Posted May 17, 2013 Mine was transferred as well, and a month later I got an EAD and a week later I got approved. I guess it means they will be working on your case pretty soon, but probably not this month, but you are closer to an approval now.
