They are still reviewing August and the months after too because iam from August and still waiting on monday it will be 9 months of waiting

I think the 0 means that there were 0 applications under review in the month of August.

Yes. Each month has it's own statistics.

Recieved at Neb Service center 4-1-13

Biometrics appointment 5-13-13

Oh, no. I misunderstood your question. Those April approval numbers aren't solely from people who applied in April, they include previous applicants from previous months who were approved in April.

You could still be approved before earlier applicants though. You're not going to be put behind the August applicants still waiting. Whoever's case moves along faster is being processed first.
