pswa83 302 Posted May 20, 2013 i read a different article about this and was COMPLETELY floored. i think it's completely false when they say that USCIS is being "forced" to approved applications without being able to fully look at the application. if that was the case, then A LOT more people would have been approved for visas. seeing how there are still DACA applicants from august and september waiting for approval, i do not understand where they are getting this from. no one is sitting at their desk with a gun to their head being "forced" to approve applications.
