Has anyone applied for advance parole after getting DACA approved?

I need to see my mom for a surgery ASAP. Will I be able to get back into the country?

A few people claim to have done it successfully.

If you want to try it out you're going to need;

Proof from your mom's doctor/hospital of her illness and that she is going to require surgery,

the Advance Parole form I-131,

Check or Money Order of $360,

a copy of your I-797 I-821D approval letter,

and a letter explaining the situation for which you need to travel.
