KokyAmador 3 Posted May 28, 2013 I have a couple of question? I have being waiting a lil more than 4 months to get my DACA approved. Today I received a letter saying that my case was sent somewhere in Texas? WTF! After waiting 4 months I get this stupid letter.. Does this at least says that my case is approved? Or does it mean other people have to check it? Any people with the same problem? How long you guys waited after the transfer? Not to mention I have 2 sisters that send their case the same day as me and they both have already their permits and new jobs.
KokyAmador 3 Posted May 28, 2013 Also I have being reading that you guys are contacting your congressman, but do you contact them when you have like 6 months waiting or do you guys think its ok for me to do it? Also if yes, can I get a link? I live in indiana

Mercedez 3 Posted May 30, 2013 Younger people get approves faster because the evidence that they send in for the past five years show that they where in school from 07-12. Anyone who wasn't in school didn't have a job, or kids those years,in and out of hospital etc.... have a harder time proving that they were in the USA from 07-2012 on uninterrupted. kayej87 28 Posted May 30, 2013 That's not true I've been outta school since 2007 n had my daughter n other than that I got married n I got approve in two months ...I think some ppl get approve quicker than others depending on the agent who has ur case n if they r acutally doing there job n also if ur name wasn't red flagged
Audiocrazy20 12 Posted May 30, 2013 Exactly it's all based on when they actually look at your app and the officer reviewing your app. My packet was small and I graduated in 2003.
