edwin89 7 Posted May 29, 2013 Hey guys so my lawyer contacted USCIS and they informed her that my case was referred to the background section unit on may 10th should i be worried? all i got on my background is 1 arrest for driving without a drivers license and speeding i took care of both and paid my fines.. they also said to do a follow up in 30 days if i didnt get anything. they recieved my application on december 3rd and my bio's on january 3rd. 1 Audiocrazy20 reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
