jdreamer823 0 Posted August 23, 2012 Hi all, I'm filing my deferred action and I've come across the Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Process more specifically the Evidence for proof you continuously resided in U.S. since June 15, 2007. I have my High School Diploma, some old elementary school report cards (some years missing), and immunization records. Under the USCIS website it does not say medical records count but some other websites do. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...00082ca60aRCRD (ctrl+f = Evidence or Proof of Presence in U.S. on June 15, 2012 ) I was wondering if since I am missing some report cards would that still count towards evidence even though I'm not providing for each year if the immunization records do not count towards evidence of presence in the US? I'm really looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
JoseG 383 Posted August 23, 2012 To make things easier, you can download the instructions for form I-821. It lists all of the documents that you can submit to prove that you have been here since June 15, 2007 and that you were present here on June 15, 2012. Hospital or Medical records are accepted as evidence. Here is the link to the instructions. http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/files/form/i-821dinstr.pdf
itzel 336 Posted August 23, 2012 I included my immunization card as proof. I dont think its absolutely necessary for you to have all your report cards. As long as you have the final one for each year you should be good
jdreamer823 0 Posted August 23, 2012 JoseG - Thanks, it says any other document so hopefully they take immunization record. itzel - I don't have some of the final report cards. I think some got thrown out or lost during moving. So I wasn't sure if I needed each final grade from each year.
itzel 336 Posted August 23, 2012 jdreamer823: I dont know what state youre in, but here in TX, our transcripts on the back have the final grades for each year. Everybody is providing only what they have. Dont stress out too much, if they feel they need more, theyll let you know.
jdreamer823 0 Posted August 23, 2012 Oh, I should have put that. I'm sorry, I'm in California. JoseG also recommended to see my most recent school for records so I'll do that. Thanks again to everyone your answers have been so helpful! This is really a blessing.
