Havent Got My Ged

I got a call from my lawyer that I need to show proof that I'm going to school for my GED.I was going last year but I stop does this mean that I'm going to get denied.Please help what should I do.

Have you been approved for your I-821D?

One of the main requirements is to be in school, have graduated high school or obtained a GED. If you aren't doing or have already done one of those, then yes, you will be denied.

Were you in school when you applied for DACA then quit going to school? Or did you apply while you were already out of school?

I was going to school when I apply.Tomorrow I'm taking my GED test but I don't know if I will pass it and hopefully I could proof that I'm trying.

So you were issued a Request for Evidence requesting proof that you're currently in school.

You have to pass that test and send proof of it.

I'm not sure.

If you fail, when can you retake the test? You're going to have to send something back to USCIS before the RFE deadline expires. Either pass the GED exam, or sign up for classes.

Im currently enrolled in a ged class, nd the requirement is to have a diploma, ged, or be inrolled in a ged class.if you are not currently enrolled it may be a problem.I applied while I was enrolled nd going to classes for my ged so all I dod was send them proof that I was enrolled at the time. I was lucky enough to find a ged program that if you pass a test you can obtain an actual diploma not a ged certificate.
