pswa83 302 Posted June 25, 2013 techincally USCIS has 60 days to make a decision once they receive your RFE. it states so in the letter. some have been approved within days of USCIS receiving their RFE and others have waited for longer then the 60 days. it is important not to compare timelines with anyone else because everyone's case is different and every service center is different.
