Mizar1 2 Posted June 4, 2013 Hi everyone, I'm new to this site...I was just wondering if anyone is still waiting for his/her Deferred Action to be approved like me. I applied August 29th 2012, got my Bio metrics taken Sept. 26th and up to this day my case says Initial Review. I've called like 7 times already; I've made like four Inquiries and all they say is they are gonna try to work on my case as soon as they can. It has been almost 10 months! And I'm still waiting. I find myself in a very desperate situation. I have tried everything in power, and I'm still waiting...any advice from anyone?? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Mizar1 2 Posted June 4, 2013 Mine is California...the worse thing is that I checked online, and it says they are already working on cases that date September 29th 2012.That's why i don't know what the deal is. Mizar1 2 Posted June 4, 2013 Man! Is like I'm losing hope on the Immigration system LOL! Sepcially when you see people who applied in November and they already got approved. Nisha331 6 Posted June 5, 2013 Omg I feel so bad for you guys I guess nobody will ever know why they are lacking on so much cases, as for me I had my bios on April 3rd and was approved on June 3rd... Mizar1 2 Posted June 5, 2013 @Nisha i know, every time i call USCIS the only thing they say is that every case is different. But I really think thus far they haven't even looked at my case. It's kind of hard to keep the dream alive when everyone you know already have been approved. To one of my friends it only took one month for everything. Alequiroz 13 Posted June 5, 2013 Hi, I was in your same situation. I sent my application august 27 and I did my biometrics october 1st. I was barely approved May 23 2013. What I did to get approved, I contacted my congressman Raul Ruiz & he and his office helped me out a lot! Is Raul Ruiz your congressman as well? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It gets me sad that people after me have got their card already , I seriously don't know understand how they got it so fast, I've waited 6 LONG months now , and I got my biometrics taken December 19,2012 and on April I received 2 letters explaining how my case was moved to Nebraska, one of my moms friends she got her card fast, while her nephew got denied for need of proof , I got really sad cause I thought that was going to happened to me, I'm just really sad , I want to cry cause it's been long nights of thinking , I'm ready to get my card and go to the army, since I currently graduated from high school and I haven't apply cause I don't have my documents, but lets not loose hope now , Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
