Since everyone is on the verge of buying a car or in the process. We would like to know how much you pay for your car insurance. Also be sure to say what company you are with and if your on the plan by yourself or joined.

Just looking for rough estimates. It also does vary on your driving record. ;)

Be careful, depending on the car, you could end up paying up to 600 a month..I got a 2011 Mazda this month, and I was gonna pay 550..but...I will send u a private msg and tell you what you could do...

550 o.O the Fudge? Lol that's a crazy amount even if it's a newer car. I was gonna get a 2013 BRZ and I was gonna pay like 100-150 x month. .... But for my current car (05 honda ex) I pay about 500 for 6 months. It's under my dads name still.I'll be paying more once I put it under my name since I just started driving. Also if it's a sporty car it will be more expensive and the ammount of horsepower and if it's turbocharged/supercharged also makes it expensive for insurance

My license is 2 months old and I got $550 a month, how did you guys get such low isurance???? I mean, I am not paying that, I got a way around it, of course, but...I think MA insurance is more expensive than anywhere else, has to be, it is the only explanation...

Today I got car insurance for a 2000 Toyota Avalon. Came out to just over $300 for six months. I went through with Farmers.

Yup..im starting to believe that MA insurance is more exensive than anywhere else...I got a 2011 Mazda3 and im paying 100 bucks a month, but that is because I registered with in a different way. Like I said, if I had registered it under my license it would be 550 a month, not to mention the 3k that I would have to put down. I called Progressive, Geico, Amica, everyone!

I will end up having to transfer my car to my husband's insurance and sign it over to him..he has commercial insurance, so I will be covered no matter what. People at the dealer screwed me over and registered the car under my name instead of under my company name, and I have to pay 900 to register the again because of their mistake. I already paid that 34 days ago, I sent them a complaint thru BBB, and they called me fradulent, as if i were trying to do something illegal, and was treated like an animal and I left the dealer crying. It was ridiculous, there is nothing illegal about registering your car under a DBA name, but no matter what, I will be paying less than 150 a moth for insurance.  Anyways... I hope they pay my 900 back, if not, they got a really bad review from me anyways, that is no way to treat someone who spent 13k at their dealer.

That's F***** up. I'm sorry for you, never moving to your state. But hey hopefully things work out for you!!! Dealers are only nice to you when youre buying cars afterwards they don't give a crap about you. Know this from experience as well -_-
