jenniv158 5 Posted July 2, 2013 So I have 2 brothers, we've all filed for the deffered action thing i believe back in October 2012, did our biometrics and everything and pretty much have just been waiting. Well about one week ago one of my brothers recieved his two letters in the mail saying hes been approved. Just today he got his employment card. I'm pretty sure that if he got approved I have a possibility of being approved to since the process was all the same and the same paperwork. Now I'm just left wondering if my stuff will come soon, or does everyone have their own case and timining even though we've filed for our stuff the same day through our lawyer.Just hoping to recieve my employment card in this next month It's already been 8 months. what do you guys think? Even though you guys sent the same evidence, your names aren't the same, so one person might take longer for their background checks to clear, so the applications don't always move along together. 1 esteband reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Gezinha 121 Posted July 3, 2013 I filled out paperwork for 3 people, 2 of them got it, and the other one is still waiting. They are all brothers, all sent together, in the same package. So, each case is case, different people manage each person, they really are not looking at anything as a "family deal". erika020 87 Posted July 3, 2013 Like Gezinah and Jose said every case is different. I sent my application one week before my sisters and both of them got approved first than me.
