Everyone told me that I shoud try Sears, Macys and such stores, but I just hate shopping (yeah, I know, a girl who hates to shop lol), so, it would not be a good fit for me. What I did was buy a car, and that is how I am doing that. But you can try BOA, get a secure card, I think you have to pay 500 and then they will give u a CC.
