JoseG 383 Posted August 25, 2012 It says Date of last attendance, Graduation, Receipt of GED, or completion. Since he is still in school, he would simply put the last date he attended high school. For example, if you fill and send the forms tomorrow Saturday the 25th, and if he went to school today on Friday, the last date of attendance would be on 08/24/2012 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
