I-797E Now What?

Recommended Posts

  I felt something was going to happen. It's a feeling in my gut....

My case status went to RFE what else can they need. Waiting for the letter. Hopefully it's something that we have and can sent ASAP.

My husband and I are feeling like a roller coaster. Petitioning for a relative is not as fun as riding on one  :(

whoa!!! how many days after your biometrics did they sent you the RFE ? It's odd that they would send it that quick usually they wait to hear from your background check before they start working on your case, all you have to do now is wait for the letter to arrive and see, be glad they are working on your case hopefully once you send your envelope back you'll get approved quick!

My husband hasn't even gone to the biometrics appointment it's until 07/24/2013...  ^_^  I know it seems everything is moving quickly. Hopefully it's something we can provide with any difficultly. We have a lawyer and supposedly he had to summit the whole package... I just wonder what can it be that they need. God hears you we'll get approved quickly...

your lawyer isnt the one who HAS to submit the response to the RFE. your lawyer will get the RFE letter but you should see it in person to understand what it says and also get a copy for YOUR records, not your lawyers.

also, mail the RFE yourself, with the evidence YOU want to be sent because sometimes lawyers dont mail it when they say they do and some have even not mailed all the evidence the client has given them.

if you can go pick up the letter from your lawyer. they cant keep it from you.

I think this is the case. The only thing is to wait, wait, and wait.
