medinaj06 15 Posted July 17, 2013 I recieved my EAD card today, I was wondering should I wait a few days before I go apply for a social or can I go tomorrow? ? Rica1993 9 Posted July 18, 2013 I went the two days after I received my EAD card to obtain my SS The Texas drivers license & ID idk what last names they use I just know That the Texas ID has RED BIG LETTER ACROSS IT that says TEMPORARY IDENTIFICATION, Which I'm glad we can obtain but kinda Sad because it still makes you feel illegal.
