I filed 2 service requests with uscis and the last response I got said I should have an answer in 30 days...this was 07/25. In order to get a response you gotta 1st file an Inquiry request via online or on the phone. Wait 30 BUSINESS days if they don't respond to that THEN you can email the Nebraska office. I did a service inquiry and never got a reply so I emailed the Nebraska office and 2 weeks later I got approved. Also what did you include in your email? I will direct you to my post where I told people what I sent in my email.
