pswa83 302 Posted August 5, 2013 calling would be faster. it can take at least 2 weeks in order to get a response back if you email them. make sure you have the correct date in which the RFE was received by your lawyer and the date that your lawyer sent it out. also, how did your lawyer send it? priority mail with confirmation or just regular mail? it should have been sent priority mail with confirmation. Same with calling them, if you call they'll tell you that you gotta wait 15 days to receive something in the mail and if you don't receive a response then you gotta wait an additonal 2 weeks. I waited a whole 30 business days and never heard back from them, I emailed them directly and I was approved 2 weeks later. Not saying 100% that's why I got approved but perhaps it helped. TheGame1990 17 Posted August 5, 2013 I'm not really sure when it was sent out to be honest all i know it was about 3 weeks ago. and to get in touch with my lawyer it hard. i always leave a voice mail. and i emailed them todya so we see what happens.
