Jesse_Vigil 0 Posted August 5, 2013 Since I got approved for the deferred act, I was wondering if I could travel inside the US. I live in California and I want to visit a cousin in Arizona BUT there is immigration checkpoints on the way over there. I was asking what I needed to show if immigration stopped us to check? PLEASE HELP
Rawf 336 Posted August 5, 2013 Yes you can travel within the US without issues. Your ID or License should be more than enough, but you can always take your EAD and DACA Approval Letter with you. But don't show it unless asked for it. 1 Jesse_Vigil reacted to this
