JoseG 383 Posted August 12, 2013 You're going to have to file another I-765, which will be a fee of $465. You should call the National Customer Service Center (NCSC): 1-800-375-5283 and ask them specifically what documents you need to send in to obtain a replacement EAD, like for example a copy of your I-821D approval letter, etc. Perhaps also file a police report?
