Only if your DACA is renewed. You don't qualify for a work permit without DACA.

Jose what do you mean if it's renewed? Obama is president until 2016. Can't most of us still renew it while he's still in office if CIR does not pass?

Yes. What I meant is that we're going to have to re-apply for our DACA renewal. The requirements nor the application for that renewal aren't out yet, so no one knows what the process is going to be, so if for some reason someone isn't able to renew their DACA, they won't be able to renew their work permit either.
