After they received my rfe y waited for 58 days to finally get a decision and get approved!! So be patience and just wait everyone will get approved pretty soon!!

If not having one year of proof (2007) what are my chances of getting approved? I have everything else in the DACA guidelines just nothing for 2007. I heard of people being approved even though they did't have certain evidence but can obviously prove everything else.

Keep in mind that you don't have to send evidence to cover the whole year of 2007, just from June 15, 2007 forward. If you literally have nothing for the remaining 6 months of 2007, you will most likely get an RFE.

 

You might be able to get away with sending just a few documents for those 6 months, so look hard to see if you can find anything.

I waited almost 4 months (April 22 -Aug.14). But I eventually after so long I got approved so just have faith and you are going to see that your approval is close in the making.
