jaykumarv 0 Posted August 16, 2013 Hey, my case was updated on July 15th, saying that I should be receiving an RFE in the mail. Well its been a month and I still havnt recieved the letter telling me what to send them. Anyone else that received an Rfe, how long did it take for the letter to come in? JoseG 383 Posted August 16, 2013 You should usually get it within 2-3 weeks. You should give USCIS a call at their 1-800 number and listen to the phone options and dial the ones about RFE issues so that you can speak to a representative about this. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
