I live in Texas and iwant to obtain my ID then drivers license,

I heard that in Texas the IDENTIFICATION CARD (not drivers license)

Has big red letters across it that says TEMPORARY is this true?

I have t heard of why other states don't this? if its true does the drivers license

Says that too?
