We got bail, and our lawyer told us to apply for daca. So we did. This was dec. 23 of 2013. My husband had 2 gun charges when he was 16, but they were both handled in juvenile court and were not counted as felonies. He is now 20 and has had a clean record ever since. Just sent my application 2 days ago, I'm so excited but at the same time 1000 questions are on my mind making me crazy, I sent my application to Dallas, I live in Utah, I wanted to know if anyone else is from Utah and if please explain to me the rest of the process, also if you get a appointment foe the fingerprints and you know you don't have anything bad on it.
