Does Someone Know If There Is A Form To Email Uscis Direct Office

Recommended Posts

Its been past a year since i applied for daca i tried doing service request and even contacted my  congressmen after six months i did the first service request an i was informed to wait within six more months  so i waited and the six months passed and nothing then i did another service request after the second one and was told to wait 30 more days the 30 days have passed and today i contacted them again and i was told to email the Nsc and to wait 21 more days to get a reply and if i did not receive a reply to email the direct office

I feel so helpless and sad that they keep extending my wait something is not right and i think that it is not fair iam sure i have a clean background and that i qualify was is their problem ignoring my case or just having it on hold i applied for a reason because i want a work permit to work feeling depressed

Oh wow already past a year !?.. thats totally not fair and more when you know you have everything to qualify. And youve basically done everything in your hands to try to get an answer to your case. I waited 9 months and I was so frustrated and a point depressed but I never lost hope. Hang in there , I know its hard but you have not been denied so theres is still the probability you will pretty soon get approved. Good Luck and I really hope that you get APPROVED soon.  ;)

i dunno if this will help but it's worth a shot?:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=ddce0b89284a3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=ddce0b89284a3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD

go to the part that says "USCIS service centers"

USCIS Service Centers

If you contacted the National Customer Service Center with a case-related inquiry and more than 30 days have passed and you have not received a response, you may email the appropriate USCIS Service Center with your inquiry:

If you do not receive a response within 21 days of contacting the Service Center, you may contact the USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations by email at [email protected].

See the Customer Tools box to the left for additional resources available online.

Wow. That's not good. I think you'll need to schedule a appointment with your local immigration office couse if I'm not mistaken your biometrics are only good for one year then you need to re-schedule do you have a lawyer.??

Have either of you that have been waiting a year already been through the immigration system? I mean have you or do you have a current case outside of DACA?

I have a family petition on file.

I went to a INFOPASS appointment it was useless. All they said my case is pending and the last time they touched my case was "2/01/2013" -_-...... And my lawyer keeps telling me to wait -_- what a help she is......I went to congressman and he told me if I don't get anything within 60 days to contact him so he can investigate deeper. your wrong about biometric fingerprints they don't last 1 year they last to 15 months then they send you a new biometric appointment after 15 months have passed. I have no immigration history and clean record.

NOTE: This only will work if you've exceeded the 6 month waiting period and if you've requested an inquiry and have NOT received anything back in written form from USCIS. Also my case is at the Nebraska office so I only have the email for the Nebraska office.

So when writing your email to [email protected] it should basically look like the following:

My name is _______ DOB______ I filed for the I-821D on _____ my receipt number is _________ my USCIS Alien Number is_____ and I filed back in_______ my application has exceeded the maximum processing time. So I requested a written inquiry on______ and did not receive anything in the mail. My reference number for that in quiry is _______. I'm writing to make an inquiry on my case....

So basically that's the gist. If you have any additional info you may add it but basically like I said I'm just giving you the gist of what your email needs to include. I will be sending mine out today and we'll see what happens. If you do not receive something back within 21 BUSINESS days then write the same information to this email: [email protected]

I guess it really doesnt matter what our situations are as far as the time lines go. I keep trying to tie certain cases together to see why it's taking so long. I'm stumped :(
