WGATAP 17 Posted August 30, 2013 Did you receive the RFE letter already? It might be for something completely different. If it's for the continuous residence, did you go to the doc or anything like that? What about the lease from where you live if your name is on it. If you lived in an apartment complex they might be able to write you an affidavit. Also if you have letters that companies or people sent you that are dated it could help. In those years did you visit the doctor or dentist ? They usually keep their records for 7yrs. I hope this helps a little. Wishing you the best of luck !! Minorflaw 0 Posted August 30, 2013 You need to show that you were somehow physically present somewhere at some point. Even if the proof is just your name and date. You need to find a document that has your name and a date somewhere where they are asking for. Some things I sent. Ebay/Amazon/Newegg invoices. Any one purchase you did as long as its in your name.. will work. (I sent many of those to cover a 3 year gap i had) Hospital records.. were you seen by any clinic or hospital even for the smallest thing. As long as they took your name. Dentist Appointments/Eye appointments.. anything.. Think back during that year.. what did you do? Where did you go? Lastly.. what about shot records? Did you get the Flu shot that year? Local health department records? What about local taxes? Own a car or a trailer or anything you have to pay county taxes for? Any bills within that time frame that are under your name? I really hope this helps and good luck!
Yureelee 27 Posted August 30, 2013 Do you have any utility bills under your name?... If you do but you dnt have the actual copies of the bills you can go to the website of whatever company you have create an account and I'm pretty sure you are going to be able to view your past payment history for a couple years back. Don't give up. Keep thinking of anything, I mean anything that you can show as evidence for your case. Good Luck!

TheGame1990 17 Posted September 3, 2013 all i need is the year 2009, and 2010. My phone is prepaid i called my company and they said they can provide that information due to its not monthly payments. Also they didnt take any facebook photos, posts, or anything cuz i sent that. they are not taking that anymore. As far as bills no i dont pay bills.
Theresa 63 Posted September 4, 2013 Are you on a lease or something? Did they say they wouldn't? Did the check FB check ins have dates and place? They asked my cousin evidence for dates she had already sent. She resent what she had already sent and got aproved. Maybe they over looked her stuff? Don't lose hope now. I would Resend with affidavits. Better than sending nothing.
Theresa 63 Posted September 4, 2013 almost every modern handset allows you to check the call logs internally, they are easily deleted on the phone. For this reason, you can check the call log by contacting your carrier. Keep in mind that you will need the cell phone's account number as well as password for getting hold of this information. Instructions 1 Go to the "Menu" on your phone. Select "Log" or "Calls." Here you will see "Missed Calls," "Received Calls" or "Dialed Numbers." You can select any of these and see the call history record of the phone. The menu options may vary slightly depending on your phone model. 2 Log in to your prepaid phone account on your carrier's website. On your account page, you will be able to access call history records of your cell phone, including outgoing and incoming calls. If you can't find the call log on your account page see the next step. 3 Call the customer services department of your cellular company, if you do not have an online account with the company. Ask the company rep to provide you with the call history record. You may have to disclose some personal information, number to verify that the number rightfully belongs to you. The record will then be emailed to you.

cheated 20 Posted September 5, 2013 t mobile I have tmobile too but it's a post-paid account i just called them and asked about prepaid and also looked online.. they also said 'because it's prepaid you cannot look at call logs / history online' but they also added that the only way they can provide call history is if it's a legal matter, and you can provide documents like a subpoena or court order i believe your case IS a legal matter.. if you have a laywer, get him on this.. they gave me the number, 877 778 2106, and that you should request for the legal department, i would call it, and let them know you need the call history from the range you're looking for, because the USCIS themselves is requesting evidence. TheGame1990 17 Posted September 5, 2013 i dont have a laywer shes a care working for an orgnatzation can she still do it?
cheated 20 Posted September 6, 2013 Not sure on that. I'd call them honestly and find out if I were you. You need the logs for a reason and the RFE is your document of evidence to a legal matter. There are immigration attorneys out there too that provide free consultation.
