Current Employerr Importantt!

Hi guys so i received my approved application but my concern now is that i currently started a job not a week ago and now i received my work permit. Has anyone encountered this and how dod they deal with it did you just tell your current work that you received ur work permit or how did you go about doin it? Im nervous about this about the possibility of getting fired for providing false ssn you know please helpp
