Theresa 63 Posted September 16, 2013 You were suppose to receive a letter in the mail as well and didn't you say that you found the RFE email in your bulk mail? Yureelee 27 Posted September 16, 2013 Just go ahead and double check that all your information in the USCIS website is correct. Make sure you have provided with the right email and phone number and make sure you have actually turned on the notifications so they can notify you when your case has been updated. Good Luck !!!.. So i log on to my status where do i got to turn on the email notifications i dont see anything about that? Yureelee 27 Posted September 18, 2013 So you said you forgot your id to log in , so did you go through all of the steps to recuperate your user id ??. If you did when you are signing in are you filling in you are a CUSTOMER where they ask you USER TYPE?. If you are doing all that correctly than I would say that you wait a couple hours to try to log in again. Maybe your online access to the website was locked because you had multiple invalid sign in attempts.
