Holly 0 Posted September 19, 2013 So, I live in California and I recently got my marijuana card. I dint think this through now I'm pretty worried it can affect my Deferred Action. I've been approved since April, am I screwed?
JoseG 383 Posted September 19, 2013 Who knows. The process for DACA renewal has yet to be released. It's highly unlikely that it would affect you though, it's legal.

Tori 38 Posted September 19, 2013 I also got my rec for marijuana. Looking forward to the DACA renewal process. I bet it'll be announced early next year since DACA was first passed in June 2012.

ARI13 3 Posted September 23, 2013 I don't know about that but I think you should talk to lawyer because its legal on the state of California but its federally illegal. And immigration is federal stuff. Hopefully its all good. But keep me posted I'm interested on this because I live in Colorado so it's legally but who knows what's going to happen.
