However, we have to perform an extended review of the case and additional time will be required. If you have not received a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months after the receipt of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below. Leslyd24 2 Posted September 27, 2013 I think they just send out random emails without really bothering to look at the individual case. I received an email stating they were extending it another six months (keep in mind I applied in November) I was like wthhhhh???? Then I got a letter requesting more evidence, so I'm submitting it soon. So I think they just know were a bunch of badasses and once we get approved were going to be moving on up to bigger and better and they're scared lol.
