Sent In Dream Act, Need Help.

Hubby and I sent in his dream act app last week on Tuesday, we overnighted it so it was delivered and signed for on Wednesday. He still hasn't received a text or email stating that it was accepted but on the tracking of the envelope it said it got to it's destination. is this normal?

 

when do you think we should receive that text? thanks guys!

You wont recieve any text messages, next thing you'll get is a letter for his biometrics appointment, then after that its the waiting game! Once they approve him then you'll get some text messages. Dont expect to hear from them for about 4-6 months... Good Luck!

I got my biometrics letter after one week from the time delivery

4 - 6 months and some others past the 6 month due date as my self been waiting 10 months+

Yes we sent in that form that's why I was wondering as to why he hasn't received a text message/ email because I heard that I was suppose to send that form in (which we did) to get notifications faster then by mail. is that normal that I have not received anything?

Everyone who has sent out the packet put down they want to he notified by email/text but the truth is you wont recieve any type of text until he has been approved. Give it about 2 months after his biometrics appointment before you might actually hear anything.

I send the G-1145 form and I received a text message saying that I will receive my receipt letter for my I-821d and I-765 and about a week later I received them. So that's weird you haven't received anything. But don't worry about it you will receive the receipt letters soon.

yea today is actually one week since it was sent. on the tracking of the package it said it arrived and hubby states that he hasn't recieved a text nor email and I have checked his texts and nothing, have not checked email though. i will try later today. 

man i hope we receive something soon, even if it is by mail. how long will it take for the receipt letters to be here? 

should i start getting worried?

Finally, exactly one week later a receipt number was sent via text to hubby!
