Tafollita 1 Posted September 25, 2013 My parents brought me to California at age 15 and I literally entered to US a month before my 16th birthday. I was able to start High School as a Junior and graduated from it. My main question is: am I eligible for DACA even if at Age 15 i was stopped by Border Patrol and sent back to Mexico 5 times?
